Siobhan proposes her own idiotic way of announcing Anna's new post as Head of Better, which is reluctantly accepted. Lucy approaches Anna, with a view to tender her resignation, and is surprised when Anna offers her the job of Head of Inclusivity, a possible escape for her from producing daft rolling entertainment head David Wilkes' ill-thought out 'One Big Family' show. However nobody seems to know what the role involves and Director of Strategic Governance Simon Harwood only confuses the issue with his proposed new management structure - which gets rejected in favour of one accidentally invented by Will.
